Diversity is an interactive activity designed to present a snapshot of your group's thinking style preferences. It’s an effective way to begin the thought processes necessary to improve working together more productively. It can effectively facilitate a discussion of individual and group strengths and potential blind spots – all in a non-threatening way. It starts to build participant understanding and appreciation of different preferences.

The game comes with a kit containing materials for playing with up to 25 people. This includes two decks of 64 cards, a system to display cards, and an instructional manual.
